Université La Sagesse - ULS
Sagesse University is a private institution of higher education and is dependent on the Maronite Archdiocese of Beirut. It enjoys the benevolence of its chancellor, His Excellency Mgr. Paul Matar, Maronite Archbishop of Beirut. It offers diplomas and academic certificates, according to international academic standards and legal provisions as required by the Lebanese Government.

POLYTECH-Beirut is an engineering faculty that trains engineers sought after for their scientific, technical and managerial skills specializing in promising areas of activity.Component of LA SAGESSE University, POLYTECH-Beirut is placed under the supervision of the Ministry of National Education and Higher Education and is accredited by the Order of Engineers and Architects of Beirut to issue the engineering diploma in 5 specialties.

The Faculty of Law at Sagesse University is the first Law Faculty in Lebanon and the Middle East. It was established in 1875, under the reign of Mgr. Youssef DEBS, Bishop of Beirut by that time and founder of La Sagesse University. The Faculty used to teach Law as well as Islamic doctrine in Arabic. Students were Lebanese and Arabs. The teaching body was composed of eminent professors. Since its establishment, the Faculty graduated thousands of jurists who were brilliant in different juridical professions.

Founded in 1875, the Sagesse University is a non-profit catholic University, which belongs to the Maronite Diocese of Beirut and is one of the first and major Universities in Lebanon and in the region. The FBAF follows the American system of education. It offers renowned undergraduate and graduate degrees in both sections, English and French.

The Faculty Of Canon Law of The Sagesse University will lead you to learn about the laws that organize life in the Catholic Church, to work in the ecclesiastic tribunals as a judge, as a lawyer or even as a notary. You will practice administrative or pastoral responsibilities in Diocesan or inter-diocesan organisms, as economists, chancellors, and pastoral delegate, and you will exercise responsibilities within a religious congregation or within an association of votaries .

The faculty Of Religious and Theological Sciences is a faculty created in 2000 and related to La Sagesse University whose grand chancellor is the Maronite Archbishop of Beirut. It assures a theological function at the university level. It also includes an institute of religious culture the heir of the catechetic center of N.D des Dons, Achrafeyeh, based in 1962.

The Freshman Program at ULS is a major-less one year program offering, taken in two regular semesters and requiring the completion of 30 credits. ULS offers the Freshman Program in two tracks: a scientific track and a humanities track. Students take, depending on the track, selections in social sciences, mathematics, natural sciences, and electives, which they have to successfully complete before they are permitted to progress to the sophomore year.

Since its creation in 2012, the Faculty of Public Health is constituted of 3 departments offering 3 bachelor degrees in: Nursing Sciences, Physiotherapy and Medical Imaging, according to a system of American credits. Likewise, the Faculty of Public health offers a Master's Degree in Hospitality Management, in collaboration with the Faculty of Business, with the possibility of co-diploma with the University of Lille in France.
