About BA in Islamic Studies:

For admission into the Bachelor of Arts program, the student must have obtained the Lebanese Baccalaureate Part II, or its equivalent from a school in an Arab, Islamic or other country, or he/she should have earned a national secondary education certificate. The faculty follows a yearly program. Students are promoted if they pass all of the required courses for that year (or fails not more than three courses). Exams are held in one session which begins each school year on the first Monday in July. Students may not take more than two years to complete the first and second year courses, or more than three years to complete the third and fourth year courses. At its discretion, the Board may extend the number of years per level in special cases.
