The graduate program in Astrophysics is a collaborative initiative with Universit? Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth (USJ). This program exclusively offers the Thesis Option and is structured to ready students for doctoral studies in Astrophysics. Through focused research, the program aims to equip students with the competencies demanded by the job market. The overarching goal is to graduate proficient physicists capable of seamlessly integrating astronomy and astrophysics into physics curricula within educational institutions. Aligned with the missions of Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU), the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences, and the Department of Physics and Astronomy (DPA), the MS in Astrophysics degree program at the DPA is designed to provide graduate students with a robust education in observational astrophysics. This preparation aims to equip them for Ph.D. studies and successful careers in research, industry, or education.
