The Bachelor in Education program is designed to empower students to examine central issues and contexts of education: wealth and poverty, school and family, alternative delivery systems, school and democracy, school and law, religion and education. They will also explore political and policy issues confronting education, governance and structure of public education, and financial and economic aspects of education. Helping students to reflect upon and articulate their own views of education and connect these views to their future professional practice and personal educational philosophy. Candidates will investigate their own role as professionals engaged in the Lebanese proposition that education is a moral responsibility necessary for a civil and prosperous democratic society.
